Avoid at all costs. Enda Keane, the owner of Byrnes & Mcclellan Construction Inc, built the building I live in. Just over 10 years after it was completed, much of it needed to be rebuilt and repaired. An independent architectural inspection revealed that he used construction methods that fell below acceptable industry standards. Among other things, the building was never properly waterproofed. Avoid, avoid, avoid. Do yourself a favor and avoid the nightmare I am now facing. There are many good and reputable general contractors out there, this isn't one of them.
