A home was under construction next door to my property. Damages to my home were almost immediate upon start of construction. First, several cracks appeared in several walls once the pilings were driven into the ground. I contacted Chris Larmore immediately. We agreed that his painters would spackle and sand all the cracks. The painting of 5 walls were left up to us. Chris did agree to give us $200 for the cost of the paint after several emails. We never received it. The roofers then dropped shingles that hit our bay window and there are several areas of damage including scratches across the glass. This was not repaired. We then lost electricity for over 6 hours due to a cut electrical line when the plumbing was put in. I lost a day of work due to no internet, we had no use of appliances, etc.
Our grass along the property line is dead. His landscaper agreed to replace it but never did. We have been more than patient and fair. We have only asked that the damages be fixed. Chris has ignored my requests and basically said he is done.
