They left a bunch of stuff unfinished around the property, dangerous holes they left not filled in around where they dug to put the utilities in, bedroom closets improperly built, one is unusable as a closet due to not being deep enough, one collapsed as soon as we hung clothes up. Doors have all had to be rehung as they were crooked, counters and floors are uneven and not level, flooring is already popping up, and there's a 3 foot long crack in the ceiling. The builder is unresponsive after months of trying to get issues resolved amicably. He's a nice guy but that doesn't make me feel better about spending Washington home prices on a house that's giving us this much trouble after less than a year. We love our house but it's going to wind up costing us a lot of money we don't have to repair everything that should have been fixed. The whole point of buying new was to avoid having to fix everything. Also the "warranty" he bought for us has to go through him for the first two years so they won't help us either.

Underground pipes not deep enough to code, potholes all over the yard, impossible to work with, will tell you he's away in another country, but breaks his bank when asked to make the furnace up to code. Cupboards falling apart and crooked, the seals at the bottom of both doors fell off. All with a crap warranty that we can't even use till after a year! Never glued the floor down so when the heat comes on the whole laminate floor comes up. Terrible excuse of a contractor. Please save yourself the trouble of dealing with this guy.
