I tried to purchase a new "custom" home. The home inspection found dozens of problems and questionable construction quality. I tried diligently to work issues with C & K Contracting's agent, but never received an adequate description of repair work they agreed to undertake, nor status of their repairs. I reached out multiple times to talk directly to C & K, but they refused. I would not recommend purchasing a home from them.
