C. Ray Proctor and his wife were contracted to do a total rehab of my home. They had a 6 month window to finish. The third party work that was done: heating, plumbing and external painting, are the only things that have been completed. Everything else, including: proper installation/insulation/calking of windows, lighting, installation of gutters, flooring, dry walling and completion of bathroom and kitchen are all left completely undone after a half year.
The Proctors refused to higher help, as they wanted to keep as much of the money for themselves as possible. They even removed material from the premises that I paid for and tried to get me to pay for them again.
After several months of not being able to cook for my child, I had to let them go. It was a difficult decision, as I was already knee deep in attempting to get my home fixed, without causing an issue with my mortgage lender. However, I finally realized that this couple had no intentions what so ever on getting my house done. Period.
I recently found out that there inferior work was not just limited to myself. They have half-done several other jobs and complain about having to go back to "deal" with the work that they started.
It's unfortunate that I found out too late, but I hope this review will prevent someone else from falling victim to their scam.
