    Did not hire them, but new neighbors did. C Ross pulled up a 100+ year old elm behind our property without surveying the root system and ended up damaging our fence, pond and pavers. It has been over a week and they have done nothing to repair the damage, despite numerous promises. Hopefully it is an "oversight" on behalf of the construction super intendent, Jeff Courtice, and president, Craig Ross.

    Will keep you advised.
