    Replace residential roof

    Greatly exceeded my expectations

    C&S fulfilled every part of their agreement to replace our roof. Their work was on time and stayed within their estimate. They also made some repairs not in the original estimate, at no additional cost. They looked at this roofing job as a whole rather than just the different components of the job, and they kept at it until it was as good as new. Another outstanding quality was excellent communications throughout the job, regarding weather, alternate plans when one of their suppliers didn't deliver, etc.
