I would highly recommend anyone considering using this company to reconsider. The owner is highly unreliable and unresponsive. If I took the time to write out all of the issues we have had since prior to the beginning of the project, it would be pages long. We had the windows and sliding door on our home replaced in late August 2019 and the project has yet to be completed. I have reached out multiple times to the owner since the install and received multiple unfulfilled claims that he will take care of different issues and now he just does not respond at all. We are now stuck with multiple issues, including but not limited to: a window with a cracked frame, windows that will not lock, a crooked window, etc...So much for that one year warranty, I suppose. BEWARE. This has been an awful and extremely stressful experience that I would not want anyone else to have to go through. Spend your money with a company that is honorable and takes pride in their work and customer service -- and C2 Construction is definitely NOT that.
