Our project with them went well. The Architect was quite helpful in communicating with the building's Board and Management, (the kind of remodeling that we did had never been done in the building) as well as procuring an expediter and a contractor. Also, he listened to my ideas and was very positive towards them. I knew exactly what I wanted, and he was receptive, as well as the Contractor.
