I contacted the California Arborist Tree Care Inc. specifically to have the service of and arborist, rather than just a gardener. The estimate and appointment for work was timely. Since the work was completed by uncertificated people, I wanted the signature of the supervisor to make payment to. The supervisor had left the job before completion. I called the office to request the return of an arborist to approve the job and receive payment. I wanted a specific person to be responsible. Taylor in the office was very pleasant. The owner, Don Swartzbaugh, was not. He felt my request was too much to ask and made his feelings quite clear with a raised voice and rash comments. It was upsetting. I will not be recommending his services.
