    CCMR-Suraj is dependable, very honest, has great integrity and has been a pleasure to work with. In 2017 we had a water leak in our semi custom estate home. The leak repairs cost over $50,000 (for both upstairs and downstairs). Suraj was very helpful in helping us to resolve this matter as well as to work with multiple contractors to restore our home to its estate level. Suraj worked diligently to help us to renew our 6000 sq ft home to better than original! We are and were very impressed.....and we are not usually impressed with any contractor! Then it happened again in 2019 a pipe broke in the wall again causing damage to my upstairs and downstairs (turns out we have a faulty pipe install from our builder. My insurance is suing that builder!) The first person I called was Suraj to help us through this nightmare again! The thoughts of having mold, mildew, etc in my home with my kids living in our home was definitely nightmare-ish! Anyway...Suraj came to us immediately and again he thoroughly removed all of the water, dryed everything out completely, and he helped us to navigate through the insurance company and all of our contractors as well! We are so thankful to Suraj for his hardwork, great ethics, and for being someone that we could depend on consistently! We wish every contractor was as kind and honest as Suraj! Thanks CCMR!

    Suraj lutchmansingh, owner of C C M R/California Construction Mitigation And Restoration is a fraud and a thief.

    December 2018 he committed Grand theft by taking our $18,000 Ins check with intent to never do any work.

    one month later he contacted our ins. company and submitted a claim for his mitigation, he received an additional $5,000.

    After months of stall tactics and lies he claimed life was rough and had financial issues.

    Promises, promises. Like how you promised to steal your current customers check to pay us back. right Suraj?

    Life was so rough that less than 30 days after the theft of our $18,000 he bought a KTM, paid for with cash, Went to Glamis, Rode the Soboba Ride etc. etc. So rough!! Booo Hooo!!

    Suraj Lutchmansingh was living the high life off of my and others money( he admitted to me he stole other checks as well) along with his girlfriend. well, until his wife caught them in a hotel.

    You really shouldn't steal from someone who knows everyone, who's world you just dabble in. you are a poser, a liar, a thief, a cheater and you are about to get wrecked.
