I don't normally give 5 stars, but Commercial Roof Care deserves it. We called Commercial Roof Care out for a bid on an apartment complex we manage. While they were here, we had them look at a couple of roofs that had leaks in the past. They repaired the "fixes" the other company did (both roofs were still leaking after the fix) because there was a major storm coming. The repairs they did held up to the storms. We had another unit that sprung a leak as well as flashing on another unit that was hanging from the storms so we called them. They explained they were on another job but would see what they could do to get out here as quick as possible, my maintenance guy explained he is on-site at 7:00 am, they were out here the next morning. I would HIGHLY recommend this company for any work, Gary and his brother are very knowledgeable and treat your property as their own, and their prices are very reasonable. They do single family as well as commercial roofing.
