I worked with this contractor and homeowner on a large custom home build. In the end, the contractor did NOT pay his bill of nearly $8000, for services and materials that were provided. Consequently, I would not recommend this builder for any projects. I also strongly recommend that subcontractors working with this company get their money up front, as signed contracts seem to mean very little to Calloway.
