Very nice person however the project went way beyond the timeline. Very disorganized and sub-contractors were not on schedule which caused much duplication in painting. Way over budget. Never closed the circle on the final details. After waiting 20 years to remodel, the details are important. I would not recommend them.

This individual built my home in 1988 when he was a partner with another individual. The name of the company back then was Pace Home construction. The bottom line is I would never trust this individual ever again. I do not recommend him.
