  Cambridge home builders quality to detail is as good as it gets. You definitely get what you pay for. I work in the engineering and construction business and have been around a lot of contractors. Bob is the best in class.

  BUYER BEWARE! This builder Bob Wooldridge and his real estate agent Pam Morrison are dishonest and extremely difficult to deal with. There is a reason he has 4 homes that have not sold. They will not put in writing what you are getting and then judge you when you dare question them about it. They broke our contract and were an absolute nightmare to deal with. They cost us a lot of time and money. The neighbors told us they have had extreme issues getting him to honor his warranties.

  build a new home from ground up

  Built a home from ground up with Cambridge and it was the worst experience I've had with a builder. I've bought six new homes throughout the US in different stages of completion and this builder was by the most difficult and dishonest one I worked with. He did not honor his contract. Did not complete the build in the time scheduled in the contract. Did not honor his warranty. Wouldn't respond back to emails. Always blamed his contractors or someone else for delay's and issues. The quality of his construction is below average at best. When asked to make corrections to something that was done wrong he would say that's the best that I can do. If something didn't get done one partner would blame the other for it not happening, it was like a Laurel and Hardy play, and you could never get both of them to meet at the same time to eliminate the finger pointing between the two. If you're looking to build a new home I would strongly suggest finding a different builder.
