I ordered Custom Windows for my home. The manufacturer was Sierra Pacific.
Capadi, LLC DBA The Window Source of SF sold and installed the windows. The windows did not fit the openings and were not custom made as was agreed. The Window Source tried to cover up the fact the windows did not fit. When brought to his attention he denied any wrong doing. I found out from the Manufacturer the windows he installed were Standard sized windows not built to fit my openings. He is currently refusing to refund my money. A complaint has been filed with the Contractors Licensing Board. I would recommend avoiding this company because Pablo Diaz has committed Fraud and is refusing to correct the damage he has done to me. This guy is bad news.
