Permits

We hired Miguel to build a set of deck stairs which had shifted in a very unsafe way during the past 20 years. Unfortunately, the permit process started in the height of the COVID restrictions resulting in long delays interacting with the county, and serial question-delay-response workflows. Miguel's incredible patience in working with the county was most impressive. Further, as the county continued to get unreasonably picky, his team re-worked the stairs quickly and expertly, enabling us to have a beautiful result in time for our buyers to marvel during the final walk-thru.
I would highly recommend Miguel Palma for any home-projects, particularly if they involve pulling permits.
