My experience was pure awful. Their inability to communicate and follow through on their word is ridiculous. There was always an answer or an excuse no matter how egregious the mistake instead of ever accepting responsibility for what was clearly their fault.

We had Carrmichael Construction redo our bathrooms and kitchen and open up some walls on our first floor about 3 1/2 years ago. No construction job of this size where you remain in the house for the duration is going to be fun: chaos is chaos is chaos. That being said, the crew were easy to deal with (nice people you didn't mind having in the house), they put plastic down every morning and cleaned up well before they left in the evening. They were responsive to our concerns and took care to see that we were satisfied with the renovations. Have to say we are abdolutely delighted with the result and are still stunned every time we walk in...the happy hasn't worn off. Definitely good guys: we would certainly use them again if the need arose.
