Unfortunately they don’t answer their phone. So, good luck making an appointment with them if they happen to be your installer. After calling them at least 5 times a day for 5 days and getting an answering machine every time & leaving a message everyday, we had to cancel. Unreliable, unprofessional, thumbs down. Take your service elsewhere or install your appliance yourself!

I've tried to schedule my installment but no one ever answers there phone and they don't call back. Cancelling my order because if this poor service.

They don't answer the phone and when the women does, she is RUDE! The only way they stay in business is because they get work from Lowes, I've even complained to them! The work they do is ok but their customer service is bad!
