  This company is a scam stay away from them, The owner Ralph Melvin He is a scammer I am now in lawyers to sue him because he took almost all my money and now he says he has no money to finish my project and only did 1/4 of the work keep away from this scammer

  Their project management was nonexistent. They remodeled our bathroom the final result was good but they created more dirt in our home then I can describe. The worker that worked alone sometimes did not speak English. They removed a small wall we told them not to, they painted an area we told them not to. They placed the shower head too high even when they were told it not acceptable. They demanded the final 25% before the job was complete, the contract stated upon completion. They refused to exit my kitchen until I paid the 25% less 1,000. Three people would not leave - we were definitely afraid.
  This was the worst experience ever.
  NEVER deal with these people.

  I hired this company Ralph mervings Carter construction & Development to build me a garage in October 2018 after Some of his subcontractors told me they were not being paid and notice to owner started showing up,contact Earl at ACCG in Longwood 321 363 6005 I gave them an choice to pay the subs ACCG & Virgil & brothers inc and finish the job with payment in full upon completion or be fired,they chose to be fired. On Feb 14 2019 and I've paid them $33k and only 3 walls and a roof about $20k worth of work done.
  Ralph Mervings license is already suspended in orange county due to substandard work.
  Seminole county inspectors told me I have to have an engineer do a site inspection because the block and roof work is so bad..want to see the work they do come by my house I'll show you substandard and unsafe workmanship.prints call for fascia to be a 2x6 its a 2x4 prints show a storage area in attic with space to walk trusses are 2x4 NOT 2X6 BLOCK WALLS are very bad mortar is cracking and falling out,straps that hold the roof are not there or very badly installed ,lintel above door was filled with 3" gap and broken pieces of block,VERY UNSAFE WORK
