Cary Smith has built 2 houses for us - both were just what we needed (size + layout) at the time. We truly enjoyed working with Cary, he is hands-on! He has great ideas about building and about finishes, too! We thoroughly enjoyed working with him and just knowing him and his family - can't say enough about his skill.
