Wayne Kennedy from Cascade Factory Homes and Chris from Crm construction have zero integrity as businessmen. They screw up you home and lie like little school boys to get out of correcting the mistakes they made from having no skills to perform the work in the first place

I had the exact same experience with Cascade as you all have had. No need to repeat it because they don't care.
BUT... !I WOULD LIKE TO WARN EVERYONE! that their contractor does not check the water pressure to the house before connecting the water line to the house. These houses can only take 80psi, mine was 240psi! It kept blowing up the water heater and I am now watching the rest of the water systems before the warranty period ends. So if you've had any problems with your water heater or water systems, it's probably due to your water pressure which Cascade DOES NOT check prior to connecting the water line to the house. This goes against Fleetwood's install manual and Oregon state regs for installers. Class action anyone?
Changed the final closing invoice to charge me twice for a dishwasher and add a $650 fee(?) for standard (NOT upgraded) cabinets. Neither of those charges were in the first two invoices they presented for this same home. That, right there, is fishy too. Why three invoices for the same home?
I don't know why Fleetwood allows Cascade to sell their homes. Cascade's heinousness business practices reflects extremely poorly on Fleetwood as well.
See, I told you they wouldn't care. THEY ARE TO CHECK THE PRESSURE PRIOR TO CONNECTING THE WATER PER OREGON STATE REGULATIONS AND FLEETWOOD'S INSTALL MANUAL. NOWHERE DOES HE SAY THAT THEY CHECKED THE WATER PRESSURE PRIOR TO CONNECTING THE WATER. NOR DID THEY TELL ME THAT MY PRESSURE WAS TOO HIGH. WHY? BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T CHECK IT LIKE THEY SHOULD HAVE. FLEETWOOD CAN VERIFY THIS AS THEY HAD TO REPLACE THE WATER HEATER.
