DO NOT HIRE CASSIDY & SONS AS A CONTRACTOR. THEY BUILT A GROUND LEVEL DECK FOR ME AND WARRANTED THE LABOR FOR A LIFETIME. THE DECK HAS SHIFTED. IT WAS INSPECTED BY A REPRESENTATIVE OF THE MANUFACTURER OF THE DECKING MATERIAL WHO STATED THAT THE SUPPORT SYSTEM WAS COLLAPSING. THE DECK WAS NOT BUILT CORRECTLY BY CASSIDY. CASSIDY DOES NOT RESPOND TO TELEPHONE OR WRITTEN COMMUNICATIONS.

I needed to write this email, because in today's world, to find such an honest and good contractor is not easy. Rich called me the day I left a message about installing our two Pella Sliding glass sunroom doors is so refreshing! Rich emailed me the estimate the next day and was able to come the day I needed him since it is a rental property. He showed up on time and was done that day as promised, as I had a painter coming the next day. They look fantastic! His next project will be our new deck off the sunroom in November. My neighbor was so impressed how neat he was and shocked I had a contractor show up on the day they said, she will be having work done by Rich. He will be doing any upcoming projects at either of our homes on LBI. On top of all this, his price was lower than my two other estimates that took a week to get. We highly recommend Cassidy & Sons for any of your projects. Paul & Cathy
