At the beginning - great- owner himself met with us then added through our insurance more damaged repair quotes- signed contract- came in one day and did the roof (after cancelling two weeks in a row) then showed up one day and did the roof- never came back after that to do the rest of the job - Awnings, gutters, window, shed, etc.) I called them and sent emails, no response- when they did responded blamed it on the weather (which by the way- was exceptional) then blamed it on the insurance company- which I called and said they had everything was good with them- this company kept on giving us the run around until the very last day the contract finally expired and I fired them- called me the same day in the afternoon the contract was expiring (of course) because NOW THEY WERE READY TO COME OVER AND WORK ON MY HOUSE!!! Really???? I heard from other customers they do this all the time!
