    $289,000

    Purchased a new home from this builder the first part of 2023. It’s been over three months and they still hasn’t taken care of the very small list of things that needed to be done. You can’t call the builder direct you have to call a management company. Email, Text, leave voicemails it’s just a joke, I can’t believe they wouldn’t even give me a number to call the builder and if you notice there’s no website so you can’t read any reviews like most companies have. I should’ve known better.

    their outer build quality is very low.. brick work was like it has been done by someone very inexperienced. floor quality is also not good, you can see gap between wal and floor and flooring was uneven from some places,in just 5 years we can see cracks coming up in outer wall and driveway
