We purchased our home in 2 Creeks Camas less than a year ago. The builder is unresponsive to the many requests for repair that have been made from - a poor painting job to gutters that were installed wrong to a leaky roof. They give you the run around or just straight up ignore you. The phone number for their warranty services doesn’t take calls.
