NEVER, NEVER, NEVER use this company!! Called to ask a few questions about a job they did 4 TIMES over a two week period of time (gave a few days between calls understanding they may be busy). Had some concerns about what they did, the cost, and warranty with no real animosity. But since they wouldn't return my calls I can only believe the worst - that they took advantage of us. No way of really knowing that - though the cost seemed absurd. But customer service (they are in the service business!) is clearly AWFUL!
