Was dishonest in construction of home building project. Repeatedly misappropriated funds to incorrect categories under my construction loan. Project was supposed to take 4-6 Months and ended up taking 8.5 months. The contractor lied, repeatedly, about what was being done and timelines. Failed to get accurate and complete bids, and to line up sub-contractors on time, costing me an additional $4,500.00 on exterior work. The Sub-contractors hired by General contractor were dishonest, untimely and rude. The Sub-contractor I personally acquired were, more honest, time oriented and performed Quality work. General contractor failed to contact cable companies to lay underground wires for internet and phone while the trenches were dug. (So no Telephone wires running to my house). Overall, this company cost me an additional $40,000 on my construction.. Ouch! Would never recommend to anyone.
