We hired this company to do a few projects at our home- framing/ closing off an open area of our home including the installation of laminate flooring with stairs-
The work paid was never finished and the addition wall is collapsing, the edges of the stairs are falling off which this cause an injury. We tried contacting the company’s members to fix the problem but they just lied and gave us the run around. As of today no resolution has been done. I’m stuck with money lost and my house is horrible. We fear every day that someone else will get hurt due to this company’s poor workmanship, cheap materials and inexperienced workers.
working with this company was the worse experience I have had- they are unreliable, they lie, the work is very poor quality of work- sloppy , no customer service, violating numerous safety codes and they ask for payment without finishing the project then they never return to finish the work.
This company they inexperienced undocumented workers who have no knowledge of the job or of the safety laws.
my house was destroyed. hiring this company was the biggest mistake. they caused so much damaged to my home also causing a child's injury and they do not make an effort to correct the problem.
also the Inappropriate behavior of the owner Jorge chacon and the workers towards my female family members which made it very uncomfortable.
