    In a contracted remodel project Chad Stansbury and C4 Construction took the roof off my home on Metz Place however negligently did not protect it adequately from a predicted rain. Consequently my home needed to be completely remediated. There has been a loss of over $500,000 in damages as a result of Chad's negligence however Chad did not have insurance to cover the loss. Chad got a permit to reroof my house and the roof, when completed (which was a drama, too) did not pass inspection and he again took no responsibility. I would NOT recommend Chad Stansbury or his company, C4 Construction, to do any building, construction or remodel work.
