I hired Chalino Home Improvement to replace a 5'x4' area of vinyl siding on the exterior of my home. Was invoiced $3500, other estimates from other contractors were in the $750-1000 range. When I asked for an itemized receipt for materials he provided an unitemized receipt of $2000 from home depot for "materials." I called home depot and an itemized receipt was provided by them. It was for $2000 of power drills/saws, interior kitchen cabinets, interior closet shelving, and nothing related to the job that was done.
