    Chancey's Pool built our pool and we had a wonderful experience. We saved a lot of money choosing them over the competitors. The young lady that sold us our pool explained everything and was extremely helpful and patient during and after the install.The process was a bit longer than advertised, but the weather wasn't always cooperative. We have enjoyed our pool and everything looks fabulous. Would recommend calling them if you are looking to build a pool.

    Save yourself from this company!

    Buyer beware...giving them 1 star is too much!! The special pricing is not a deal! After the add ons, the pool costs just as much as a reputable pool installers. They do not stand behind their work. They cut corners to save money and the results are disasterous! My decking cracked within 2 months and it took them over a year to repair it, despite email after email assuring me they would be there later in week. The bottom never set and has lumps everywhere. I was told in multiple emails that they would fix it. Charles McCollum told me in several emails that they would repair everything. When I finally tired of the run around treatment, I got Randy Chancey involved. I told him everything Charles had promised and his reponse was Charles no longer works here. However, 3 years later, Charles is still the contact person on their website. Meanwhile I have a pool with a shifting bottom and shifting sides and will soon have to pay a REAL pool company to come out and repair it.
