A new sewer line was dug and placed in our front yard. While doing the digging our underground sprinkler system was cut. When repairing the sprinkler system, only 3 of the 4 lines were connected. We did not realize this until we got our water bill which rose from an average 4,000 gallons for a month to 43,000 gallons for the month after the dig. I called Chandler immediately and told him of the problem. The repair was made but I asked him to help me pay for the overage in water use because of his negligence, a total of $213.00 for my water bill. He has refused my request and my lawyers request. I believe that his work was negligent and he has refused to make this right. I would never recommend this business.
