He is a shyster. Told us he would install the cheapest features unless I paid more. Did not get screens or our earnest money back for a year. The walls are crooked. He installed on damaged cabinet we did not notice so there it sits. Horrible person!

Bought a house built by this guy in 2003. The outside "drain" to carry any run-off snow or rain at the entrance to the daylight basement goes down approx. 12 inches and is capped off. No drain field. When we asked about the location of the drain field, he said that they didn't have blueprints/plans when this house was built. (2003?????) The front door leaks at the bottom if the wind blows the rain. Had to replace some of the vinyl siding, (my mistake) and found that the plastic used to wrap the house stops at 12 inches above the foundation. The roofing shingles were installed using staples. The some of the staples have gone through the shingles. If the wind blows hard, the shingles peel off of the roof. The windows are the sash type, some don't lock, some are starting to twist when opened.
Knowing what I know now, I would NOT have this bird build a dog house for me! >:(
