It was a complicated project in that the laws had just changed to put a full shower in a basement. Therefore the building department hadn't seen this exact detail before. We broke through the foundation wall to put my shower under the front, outside stairs. It was fine. He has a heavy accent, but I have no complaints. HE came back a few times to check on he work. The paperwork was processed efficiently.
