I decided to add panels onto my home. A sales rep from Change Solar came to my home to offer services. I decided to go with them for my solar needs. Initially, everything was rolling smooth. Things were moving along and items were being installed. The company came out and installed the panels and back up battery. They informed me that they had the wrong breaker in order to tie it into the system and that I would need to wait for the part in order to complete the installation. They proceeded to turn off my old panels during that time for approximately a month and finally came out about month later to turn them back on despite numerous calls, emails, texts. Their customer service is non existent. I have tried calling their number and leaving a message with no success. When they came out, they said they needed to contact SCE in order to remove my meter to instal the breaker. They haven't given me any update nor any phone calls as to what is taking so long. We are coming close to 2 months from when this all started. Little to no communicatiom is there unless I initiate it. This company is garbage and not trustworthy.
