Charles and Tonya are dishonest and cannot be trust. They stole from me and my disabled daughter. They never finished the work and what they did was poor at best.

Charles does very poor work, and is very dishonest. He says he is licensed and insured, but won't present proof. He left without finishing the job once he was paid and now I have to sue him. AVOID
