Do NOT hire this "contractor"! I payed him a total of 27,500.00. we trusted him because The City gave us his contact number saying he had done other jobs like the one we needed . That's how we found him. He never got the job done , never got the permit needed, never even started to build on the project. He tore up my property, lied to me, took my money and it cost me over 5,000.00 to remove the huge mess he left behind and get the job done by another contractor (done honestly and correctly). I had a few other contractors look at the construction mess he left and they ALL said what he had done so far was done incorrectly and had to be removed and completely started over. I was ripped off badly! I know of others that he has ripped off also, as we put a claim on his bond and had to split the bond amount to get back a very small amount of what we lost. He hurt my family badly by what he did and didn't do!
