I can only describe our experience with Che-Benz Inc as the previous reviewer did. Luis and his team did a large renovation in our home, new bathrooms, closets, electricity, bedroom walls, new windows and all the exterior siding of the house. They were dependable, did good quality work, honest, professional and kind. We liked so much the work they did that we are hiring them again for another remodeling job in our house. My husband and I absolutely recommend Luis and his team with no reservation.

Over all the years & of all the contractors my family and I have worked with, none have been as amazing as Che-Benz. Luis and his team are the absolute best in every way. Eager, early, dependable, professional, knowledgeable, honest, and kind. Luis is very detail-oriented, due to his vast professional training and his nature. He is not happy until the job is completed with perfection. There is also a very personal feel to his business, he cares about his work and his clients. They did floors, drywall, insulation, door replacement & instillation, plumbing, mold remediation, etc. Every time I have worked with them, the project was done on or ahead of schedule. I can't recommend him & his awesome crew highly enough.

We had a really disappointing experience with Luis and Che-Benz construction. He came highly recommended by our neighbors and we contacted him regarding a substantial remodeling project. He came over and had a very positive meeting, and left with a copy of our design plans and a promise that he would develop a quote for us in a few weeks. During that time we got one follow up e-mail from him asking for a "scope of work" - which we sent. Then... nothing. No answer to calls or texts or e-mails - not even to say that he was too busy or not interested. Highly unprofessional and a waste of our time. Thankfully we discovered this in the early stages before we gave him any money!
