When entering through my basement entrance, I noticed that the bottom of my back stoop entranceway was disintegrating.
Chen Was working in our neighborhood and agreed to come over and look at my concrete problem.
Because the repair had to be done from the bottom of the stoop he suggested shoring up the bottom in a way that he could pour new cement with supports (steel rods) to fix the problem.
His suggestion was greatly appreciated, since other bids were ridiculously expensive Requiring a complete replacement of the entire Stoop.
Because Chen had a busy schedule I had to wait until he could get to me. We agreed on a very reasonable price and the job was finished to my satisfaction.
Mr. Chen is an honorable man and I would recommend him highly.
