I used Lee Chesonis Design for a gut renovation in a portion of my apartment (my master suite). I had never used them prior to that, but I found them to be reliable and I would recommend them. I did not use them for any design work at all however; I only used them for the architectural plans and the layout of the space. They were very diligent about adhering to all of the rules and regulations of our building and the DOB, and they worked in a timely manner, which was extremely helpful. But again, I can't speak to their design capabilities as I did not use them for that.
