Stopped in for a few replacement parts and a water test. Old dude acted like having a customer was a pain. I will NEVER go back.

Terrible experience! No communication at all. Will not respond to any complaint unless forced to bring legal action. Promised good things, but deliver nothing. After 4 months of trying to touch base on needing install fixed, plus some minor issues (pool light never worked, wrong ladder given) I was yelled at and told he wouldn't talk to me anymore. What ever happened to customer service? If you want to buy a pool & have it installed DO NOT use Chester County Pools. You'll seriously regret it, lose money & may have to take legal action to have anything addressed. Very disappointing.

Chester county pools tell you that they are starting to take on some installs to bring in some extra income and they can do it for less then what their installer would charge but what they don't mention is the crew they will bring to your home has no experience. Installing pools at all and that they will install your pool wrong and I if you want them to fix it right that not only will you have to pay for installation again but once they take it down to install it right that you will also have to purchase a new liner buyer beware this company does not know how to install pools without leaving the in " pool into less than perfect" condition and then they become extremely rude wont answer calls unless you block your number

I’ve been using Chester County Pools for 25 years. Jeff and Wayne know what they are talking about, and never upsell or not care. 2 liner replacements, misc. plumbing repairs, and plenty of advice. They taught me patience and trust. The biggest messes I’ve had is when I thought I could maintain my pool using cheaper chemicals and figuring it out myself. Their advice is spot on, and have earned my business.
