The service I received from this company was very poor. If I could give them zero stars, I would. The plumber could not figure out how to replace a simple valve in a Kohler faucet, even with the aid of the written manual and Kohler help desk on the phone. The Kohler technician give him verbal instructions on how to remove the part properly, but the plumber would not listen nor follow the written instructions. The plumber insisted the faucet handle was to screw off, and Kohler said it pops off. Kohler did send me a new handle free of charge since it was sticking, but the plumber would not come out to install the valve because he said he didn't have the expertise nor tools to finish the job, even though the total installation costs would have been covered by my insurance company and the handle was brand new. The insurance company would not send out a different plumber. I have no experience with plumbing work, but I ended up fixing it myself in 15 minutes with my own tools (a simple socket wrench) by following the manufacturer’s instructions and phone guidance support from Kohler. I ended up paying $75 for the service, but he did nothing "took my money and quit". I did not get a refund. I do not recommend this company.
