5 months ago we paid for our fence project. No fence... No call to schedule. Each time we contact them we get a one liner "we looking for drawings". Even I have given them drawings. Filing conlaint with lowes corporate. Will be requesting legal action if no fence or refund by may 31st.

I would recommend Chief Builders for a bathroom remodel or other project. He and his office manager were professional, thorough and creative. Chief designed a custom shower for our bathroom and his crew and subcontractors were very skilled and professional. The tilers, plumber, electrician, and Chief's core crew were polite, prompt, pleasant and professional. It is clear that Chief and his office manager hold their crew and subcontractors to a high standard of quality and it shows. I would definitely seek them out for your remodeling projects.

We needed some work done to our house and Lowe's sent Chief Builders out to do our installation. They were very nice and the work was done. A couple weeks later we had problems with our installation, so we called Lowe's and they sent out a different contractor to fix the problems. The contractor told us that it looked like Chief Builders cut a lot of corners on the install and that is why the product was failing. I don't want to give negative stars to anyone but in this case if the work was done right from the beginning, it would have saved everyone a lot of time and money.

They installed a fence and it fell down 3 months later. They don't care about quality of work.

Ordered new windows for my whole house through Lowe’s and they were the installation contractors. They installed the windows and the caulking Jib around all the windows were crappy, like a five year old did it. They measured wrong for 1 window and had to wait many months for that to come in. Told them about the crappy caulking but they didn’t do anything to fix it. The windows were also dirty with dirt and fingerprints but they didn’t clean it. The replacement window finally came in and they installed it. Crappy caulking job again and they still didn’t clean the dirty windows after I complained about it many times. I complained to Lowe’s and Lowe’s didn’t respond to my calls. I had to submit a complaint to Lowes.com website and the managers started calling me. They still do anything do anything about the crappy caulking. Lowe’s sales person came and cleaned some of the windows with razor blades, but the windows were still pretty dirty. They never fixed the crappy caulking. I complained many times with little response. I finally wanted a refund and they gave me a small refund to have me accept the crappy job. I’ll never use Lowe’s and especially Chief Builders as a home contractor! They’re the WORST!!
