Chris Chitwood was hired to re-roof the house . Said he had a crew and it would be complete in 2 weeks . He was paid a deposit to start and then demanded the 88 year old women to pay in full prior to final inspection. Well he failed final inspection and has yet to be back . Said he would show up to finish 5-6 times but has been a no call , no show . See county report below :
