Hired Chris Bloom for a stair railing job seemed simple and upfront. Unfortunately after signing a contract he put up the railings as he wanted in an area specifically stated we would not like rather than how he agreed to do the work. Poor communication skills were demonstrated when unable to do the work he agreed to. Would not recommend him.
