We had the worst experience with Chris Saville, more like a nightmare! He estimated he would be at the property for 2 months, ended up taking 6! Meanwhile drained my funds, over charged me for everything, has 2- 17 year old boys working as his "crew", late everyday if he would even show up at all! Horrible communication, unless it was to collect money. Went from $30k bid, to charging me at the end $70k!
Would not recommend Chris at all. Run in the other direction.
