Very bad experience. Job had to be removed and reinstalled several times. Contractor broke two sprinkler heads, lied about it and then admitted it. Paid for job and then had problems contractor will not come back and fix correctly. City inspector said at present condition job would not pass inspection. Lifetime warrantee means nothing to them.

House Siding, the worst experience with a local company. They took over 30 days to complete the siding after quoting 4 days and the job was beyond shoddy. I had to redo 2/3 of it this year, repairing water damage and other issues from their poor install. The redo was over 30K, on a new house. I would never do business with them again. All sorts of excuses and promises to return and fix but never did. The chimney had loose siding that blew off in the wind because there wasn't a single nail installed, just a bead of caulk around the trim. Several areas had gaps of 3-4 inches in between boards.
