  a/c repair

  They were supposed to be at my place at 8:30am. They were given to my by my home warranty company. When they hadn't shown up by 1:30pm we called the warranty for a status. They guy then called and cancelled the appointment raving like a lunatic, very unprofessional, Claimed he was five minutes away. Stay away from this company at all cost. He's nuts.

  Home warranty company hires them, for an AC repair

  OMG! Avoid this crazy company at all cost!! The owner Jim is a hot head unprofessional person that I would not wish on my enemy. His company was sent through our home warranty to assess our A/C issue. He seemed pleasant enough in person although interestingly he made a point to share that any "complaints" he had received on line were not his fault (in case I saw them). Ha! The irony!
  For the follow up appointment, he was scheduled to come out on a Saturday mid-morning. He called my husband at 11 am and indicated he was about 45 minutes out. My husband quickly jumped in the shower and was getting ready for his work day and he was out of shower by 11:20 am.

  Around noon my husband called Jim to follow up on his arrival time as he had not seen him yet. Jim said he was already there, pounded on the door, rang our doorbell (which is a four bell hideous thing you can hear down the block), waited 15 minutes and left! Funny though... he never called and if he left 15 minutes after the 11:45 am appointment, he would have been pulling out of the driveway at noon. Right?

  He then proceeds to chastise and berate my husband for not being there. Telling him he was doing him a favor to be there on a Saturday and that he had been working for 33 days without a day off and on & on. My husband said he could not understand why he would not hear our loud doorbell or his knock and asked Jim why he didn't call his phone. (Jim had no answer.) My husband then asked when we could get rescheduled - Jim proceeded to complain about working “non-stop for 33 days” and woe-is-me-i-am-so-busy and “you did not answer your door” so I will have to get back to you.

  When I arrived home on Saturday I called and left a very nice message asking him to let me know when we can get rescheduled. We never heard back from him. I followed up at 9:00 am on Monday to find out when he will be coming back and he lost his mind on me!! He complained and yelled at me that my husband was not home (which is untrue) and that he did us a favor for coming out on a Saturday (isnt that your job??) and then told us he would have the warranty company get someone else. Why?? What??

  Now... keep in mind we have had no air conditioner for a week now and now because this overworked - hot headed – one-man show, we will now be without for a few more days while we get a professional to do the job. Save a headache and STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

  Seriously, this happened.

  Jim made appointments that I kept and he did not. His excuses for this were endless, ranging from no materials to blaming other people. His unprofessionalism (and our business relationship) culminated in him screaming unintelligibly, cussing me out, and then a threat of physical violence. Do yourself a favor and find someone else. This company is a joke and a half.
