Our project started with a different contractor and project wasn’t progressing we decided to ask around and find out if we can replace our current general contractor and try to progress our project and to also find out what we need to pay to actually finish this project, we were told about frank and his ability to take over and to finish out slow moving construction.frank with city light construction was hired and him and his crew did an amazing job and finished the project with in six weeks and we are so happy that are able to move in and start leaving in our home again .
